Terms of use

These terms are between you and [Operator name], [Operator address], the operator of Fondari. By using the app you agree to them. They are short on purpose.
What Fondari is
Fondari is a tool for recording and planning your own spending. It does not hold money, move money or give financial advice. The numbers it shows come from what you type and from public exchange rates; check anything that matters against your own records.
Your account
You can use Fondari without an account. If you create one, keep your password to yourself and keep your recovery key somewhere safe. In Private mode nobody, including us, can restore your data if you lose both your passphrase and your recovery key. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite to a shared account.
Subscriptions
Receipts and files need the Plus or Max tier. Both are subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play at the price the store shows, monthly or yearly. New subscribers get 7 days free, then the price shown. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in your store's subscription settings, and a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Cancel at least a day before that date if you do not want the next period. Prices, taxes and refunds are the store's, and refunds follow the store's rules, not ours. We cannot cancel a subscription for you.
One subscription covers one Fondari account, and a member of a shared account can carry the files for everyone in it. If the tier that pays for an account's files ends, uploads stop at once, the files stay visible for 30 days, are then hidden, and are deleted 90 days after the tier ended unless someone in the account subscribes again. We write to you at each of those three steps.
Fair use
Use Fondari for its purpose. Do not try to break into it, overload it, send unsolicited mail through it, or put content in it that is unlawful where you or we live. We may suspend an account that does.
Your data
Your data is yours. The privacy policy says what we store and who can read it, mode by mode. You can export everything and delete your account at any time.
Changes and ending
We may change Fondari or these terms. If a change affects you materially, the app tells you before you continue. You can stop using Fondari and delete your account at any time. We may end the service with three months' notice, during which you can export everything.
Liability
We provide Fondari as it is, with care but without a promise that it is free of errors or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you take based on the numbers the app shows. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be limited.
Law
These terms follow the law of [Country]. Consumer protection rules of the country you live in apply where they are stricter.
